Listing alerts are set up based on your personalized criteria for your home such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and any other requirements that you might have. The website gives you the ability to sort the homes by favorites, possibilities or rejects.  In addition, your REALTOR has the ability to view your website to facilitate and arrange viewing appointments on your behalf.
